How do I renew my Lease?

You will receive a renewal notice prior to your lease expiring.  You can contact our office to discuss renewal terms.

Any and all alterations must be approved in writing by our office.

Some properties allow pets with prior approval and may require an additional deposit and/or monthly pet fee. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact our office for more information.  If you have a service pet certain items may not apply, and we can discuss those situations.

Any and all additional occupants must be approved by the office.  This can include additional background and credit checks, ammendments to the lease agreement, etc.  Please contact our office for further details. 

Maintenance requests can be reported through the online tenant portal, or you can call our office directly.  If there is a maintenance emergency after hours, please contact our emergency maintenance line.  If there is a question as to if it is an emergency or not, err on the side of caution and contact the maintenance line

If you are locked out during business hours please contact our office for assistance.  If it is after hours you will likely need to contact a locksmith and your own expense and provide our office with updated keys.

Lawn care, snow removal, and similar responsibilities vary depending on the property. Please consult your lease agreement for clarification.  

In general no, sublets are typically not allowed without prior written consent from our office.  Please contact us if you have specific requests.

You can pay rent on our site through our secure tenant portal.

Ending your lease early may result in penalties as specified in your lease agreement. We encourage you to contact our office to discuss your circumstances and explore your options.

Your lease agreement will specify the utilities you are responsible for. Generally, tenants are expected to cover electricity, gas, water, and optional services such as cable or internet.
